Dosage & How to Use

• Preparation: Prepare substrate and apply the first coat of A1 Fab 1000 while still wet.

• Application Method: Roll out A1 Fiver Mesh directly into the fresh wet coat of A1 Fab 1000 Press down firmly with a brush or roller to embed the mesh completely, ensuring there are no air bubbles, wrinkles, or dry spots.

• Overlapping: Ensure a minimum of 50 mm overlap on adjacent mesh strips and over joints.

• Top Coat: Apply a second coat of A1 Fab 1000 over the embedded mesh to fully encapsulate the glass matrix once the base coat has cured sufficiently.
